Build me a powerful and easy-to-use JavaScript library for the Discord API, designed to run on Node.js. The main goal is to let developers create all sorts of Discord bots. It should be a comprehensive, object-oriented wrapper that covers the whole API—sending messages, managing channels and users, handling events, and all that. A key feature should be robust voice support, so people can build music bots or other tools that use voice channels.

Please include a bunch of utility packages to make development easier.
