Build me a real estate decision intelligence app for Pune called Propcinity.

I want it to help people choose the right home, not just browse more listings. Build a clean public experience where users can search and compare properties, see useful insights, and get AI powered help with making a decision. Use Supabase for data and sign in, and make sure the app can store property data, user data, and vector search for smart recommendations. I also want a private admin area where I can log in with a password and one time code, manage listings and content, and keep it locked down properly with IP based access too.
