Build me a durable agent playground that can run on multiple machines and keep working even if the browser, terminal, or backend restarts. I want each device to have its own local agent server and SQLite storage, with one simple API that I can reach from a web dashboard, a terminal client, or a curl request using a URL and bearer token.

The main thing I care about is that agent runs survive interruptions. If a task gets cut off in the middle of a tool call, it should resume from the last checkpoint instead of starting over or repeating side effects. I also want a nice web view to watch and steer all the devices at once, plus a terminal interface for quick control.

If you can, include the proactive demo too, where the agent watches incoming events, opens an incident on its own, investigates, writes a fix and test, then waits for approval before deploying. Look up current docs online if you need to.
