Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a simple task tracker API in Python that I can use to create, view, update, and delete tasks.

I want a FastAPI app with a health check endpoint, full CRUD for tasks, automatic API docs, and a small SQLite database so it’s easy to run locally. It should be able to mark a task as done when I update it, and each task should have a basic id, title, description, and status or done field. Please make it work both with normal local run and in Docker.

Also set it up so I can deploy it automatically when I push to main, using GitHub Actions to build the image, push it to Docker Hub, and deploy to an EC2 server over SSH. If you need to look up current docs online for FastAPI, Docker, or GitHub Actions, go ahead.

Are you gonna build this?
