Build me a Homey Pro app that lets people add and control lots of Tuya Zigbee smart home devices without needing the Tuya cloud. I want it to work locally for common devices like wall switches, plugs, bulbs, dimmers, temperature and humidity sensors, motion and contact sensors, curtain motors, thermostats, radiator valves, locks, fans, water valves, remotes, and presence sensors.

The app should automatically figure out whether each device uses Tuya DP messages or normal Zigbee ZCL, then expose the right controls in Homey. Please include useful Homey flow cards for triggers, conditions, and actions, like button presses, sensor changes, power use, thermostat changes, and device state updates. Add smart battery handling so devices that only report voltage can still show a reasonable battery percentage.

Make it stable, easy to maintain, and ready for Homey SDK 3. Include English, French, Dutch, and German text where needed. Look up current Homey developer docs online if you need to.
