Build me a Windows desktop assistant that feels like a simple open source JARVIS. I want a slick cyber style UI, support for both typing and voice commands, and a wake word using “Jarvis.” It should work in a useful local mode even if I never add any API keys, so basic commands, system actions, status info, memory, and the interface still run. If I do connect cloud AI later, make Groq an optional fallback that stays off by default.

Please include safe desktop automation like opening apps and websites, Google search, screenshots, clipboard help, timers, window controls, and optional Spotify controls. I also want spoken replies, preferably a British style voice, plus basic microphone and audio readiness checks.

Give it privacy friendly memory for notes, habits, and preferences, with controls to view, delete, clear, and export data in a masked way. Add diagnostics and safety checks so risky commands, unsafe URLs, and sensitive files are blocked. Keep the overall experience polished, stable, and easy to run on Windows 10 or 11. Look up current docs online if you need to.
