Build me a cute Flutter app that shows a robot face inspired by LOOI, with lots of personality and smooth expressions.

I want the face to blink on its own, react when I tap it, and cycle through emotions like happy, surprised, sleepy, excited, confused, love, angry, and winking. It should feel playful and alive, with nice transitions and a little bounce or glow when I press it.

Also add simple settings so I can change the eye color, mouth color, and switch between a few different face styles like classic, minimal, bean, and a LOOI style. I want speech too, so the robot can talk with text to speech and let me adjust how fast or high the voice sounds.
