Build me a WhatsApp bot called X Crasher that works as an automation and group management tool for educational testing. I want it to have command based controls, fast replies, useful group tools, debug utilities, anti call support, and a simple config setup where I can change the prefix, owner number, bot number, bot name, work mode like public or private, and a session ID for cloud deploys.
