Build me a simple Home Assistant setup for controlling a dumb ceiling fan that uses a 433MHz remote.

I want to capture the remote button codes from the air, turn those into YAML I can paste into ESPHome, and then use a small JavaScript card in Home Assistant so I can control one or more fans from the dashboard with nice buttons. The flow should be easy enough for someone following along at home, with clear output for the fan buttons, speed, power, and any other actions the remote supports.

Please make it work with rtl 433 on Linux for reading the codes, and with an ESP board plus a basic 433MHz transmitter for sending them. If you need current docs or examples for Home Assistant or ESPHome, look them up online. Keep the setup practical and copy pastable, because I want to get this working without having to write the whole thing myself.
