Build me a local trading research app that I can start with one click and it will check what is missing, pull fresh market data, run the strategy scans, and open a dashboard in my browser.

I want it to focus on two ideas, a momentum book and a pullback book, with backtesting and parameter sweeps so I can compare returns, drawdown, and win rate. It should also generate the current signals, update recommendations, and be able to export a Pine Script version for TradingView. If something is stale or broken, I want a simple doctor style check that tells me what needs to be rerun.
