Build me a Notepad++ plugin that can export either the current selection or the whole file to the clipboard or to a saved file, in plain text, RTF, and HTML.

I want it to feel like a simple export tool inside Notepad++, with menu options for the different export choices, and it should handle Unicode properly so accented characters and other non English text come through correctly. If possible, make the HTML output preserve the look of the text pretty well, including spacing, tabs, and syntax colors where it makes sense, and let it use UTF 8 when the file is in UTF 8.

Please keep it compatible with newer Visual Studio builds and make it work like a normal Notepad++ plugin that can be built and dropped into the app. If you need to check the latest Notepad++ plugin setup or build details online, go ahead and look them up.
