Build me an Awesome AWS project that keeps a big curated list of useful AWS resources and also includes a small Python tool that checks the repos in the list and updates the little fire rating next to each one.

I want the main README to feel like a polished public resource, with sections for SDKs, command line tools, open source repos, guides, books, blogs, and other AWS learning links. Make the list easy to browse and keep the formatting clean. The Python part should be able to scan the listed GitHub repos, figure out their star counts, and update the “Fiery Meter of AWSome” automatically.

Please include tests for the scanner logic, a simple way to run the checks locally, and clear contributor guidance so people can add or update entries without breaking the format. If you need current GitHub or AWS docs while wiring it up, look them up online.
