Build me a C++ Valorant themed overlay demo with an in game style menu that opens with Insert. I want it to feel like the old external tool in this repo, with settings for aim assist like FOV, head or body target choice, smoothing, and custom key binds, plus visual options like boxes, skeletons, health bars, and current weapon display.

Keep it as a safe offline prototype. Don’t connect to Valorant, don’t read or change game memory, don’t use a driver, and don’t include anything for bypassing anti cheat. Just make a working overlay and menu with fake sample enemies so I can see how the settings look and behave. Make it clean, easy to run on Windows, and include simple instructions for building and launching it.
