Build me a clean, easy to use .NET release notes website for this repo. Use the markdown files here as the source of truth, especially the release notes, support policy, roadmap, Linux support, and security pages.

The main page should show the currently supported or preview .NET versions in a clear table with release date, support type, support phase, latest patch, and end of support. People should be able to click into a version, read the release notes, find patch details, and get to the official download and install links. Add a simple search so someone can look up a version number, CVE, platform, or keyword without digging through folders.

Please make it feel like an official documentation hub, simple, fast, and readable on phones. Include a news area that links to the GitHub discussions and RSS feeds mentioned in the README. If you need current docs or design conventions, look them up online.
