dqev/reicon — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a polished open source SVG icon library called Reicon, with a clean website where people can browse a large set of icons, search and preview them, and copy the code they need. I want the icons to come in two styles, Outline and Filled, and feel consistent on a 24 by 24 grid. The site should show simple usage examples for React, Vue 3, Svelte, and plain HTML with a CDN option, and make it easy to switch size, color, and weight when previewing an icon.

Please set it up like a real library, not just a gallery, so the icon data can power the site and the framework wrappers from one source. Include downloadable SVG access and a simple web component for basic HTML use. If the repo already supports it, keep room for the Figma and VS Code parts too.
