Build me a clean, embeddable office toolkit for my product that lets users work with spreadsheets, documents, presentations, tables, canvas content, and PDFs in one place.

I want it to feel like a real office app, but flexible enough that I can drop it into my own SaaS and only turn on the features I need. It should support editing, formulas, basic collaboration, and a plugin based setup so I can add or swap features later without rewriting everything.

Please make it work in the browser, and also make sure the same core logic can run in Node.js for server side document and workbook processing. A simple preset based setup is fine if that helps get something working quickly, but keep it customizable.
