Build me an Android app that lets me create and manage lightweight virtual machines directly on a phone or tablet.

It should support the main virtualization options this project uses, including Qualcomm Gunyah, MediaTek GenieZone, and Linux KVM, and work with either crosvm or QEMU as the VM backend.
