Build me a notes organizer web app that works like a small shared notebook for a team.

People should be able to sign in, add notes from the web, and have those notes saved in a database so they show up again later. It should work well as a mobile friendly PWA too, and I’d like Android packaging support if that fits naturally. There’s also a hosted setup with Supabase, so make the app ready for that, and keep the local dev flow simple with one command to run the web app, API, and local Supabase.
