Build me the AI researcher app from this repo, something that helps a user turn a research idea or a few reference papers into a full project automatically.

I want a simple web app where someone can paste either a detailed research question or some papers, then the system helps with literature review, suggests a new idea, works through an implementation plan, runs experiments, checks the results, and finally drafts a paper style write up.

Please make it feel like an end to end research assistant, with a clean interface for entering prompts, uploading or referencing papers, and seeing progress as the agent works. It should also support a command line or local run mode so I can try it without the web UI. Use the existing project structure here, and if you need current setup or dependency details, look them up online first.

Keep the experience polished and practical, with sensible defaults, clear status updates, and a result page that shows the generated idea, experiment summary, and manuscript draft.
