Build me this Polaris emulator project so I can run a complete hotel server locally.

I want a Java based game server that starts from the Emulator folder, connects to a MariaDB database through a simple config file or environment variables, creates or updates the schema on first launch, and can also run migrations by command when needed. It should package into a single runnable jar, and the startup should work cleanly in normal server setups without any interactive prompts.

Please also keep support for existing plugins and old SQL as described in the README, so older Arcturus or Morningstar plugins still load and legacy queries get translated instead of breaking. If anything is unclear, check the docs in the repo or look up current Java and MariaDB guidance online if you need to.
