Build me a fully client side coding learning website called LearnCode that runs entirely in the browser with no login, no server, and no external services. I want it to feel polished and fun for beginners through advanced learners, with lessons for Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, Rust, C, C++, C#, Lua, and HTML and CSS.

It should include a big library of lessons, interactive slide based activities like multiple choice, true or false, fill in the blank, drag and drop, debugging, timed rounds, and simple code writing exercises. Add gamification with XP, levels, streaks, combo bonuses, achievements, and progress tracking. I also want career roadmap style tracks for web development, game development, AI engineering, backend, and mobile.

Make it responsive, mobile friendly, keyboard accessible, and save progress locally in the browser so people can leave and come back. Include a settings area where progress can be reset. The current open source version sounds buggy, so please clean it up, make the navigation smooth, and get the whole app working end to end. Look up current docs online if you need to.
