Build me a simple network analyzer app with a login screen, a backend API, and a dashboard in the browser.

I want to be able to sign in, see a list of simulated devices, and view their network activity in a clean React interface. The backend should handle authentication and expose the data the frontend needs, and the whole thing should run locally with Docker Compose from the infra folder.
