Build me a Windows desktop assistant that runs quietly in the system tray and lets me control any app just by focusing it, pressing Ctrl plus Win, and typing what I want done. It should be able to read the visible UI, click buttons, type text, and verify that things worked, but it should stay careful and ask me to approve anything risky like submit, send, pay, delete, install, or confirm.

I want a dark little popup to appear above the active app when I use the hotkey, with a simple text box where I can tell it things like write a note, calculate something, search in a browser, or fill out a form. It should also have a stop key so I can cancel right away if needed.
