Build me a simple self hosted file sharing service like transfer.sh, where I can upload a file with a curl command and get back a link I can send to someone. It should let me download the file again from the link, delete it with a special delete URL, and support things like expiring files after a certain number of days or downloads.

I also want basic protection options for uploads, like username and password, IP allow and deny lists, and optional server side encryption and virus scanning if those settings are enabled. The app should be able to store files locally, or use cloud storage like S3, Google Drive, or Storj.

Please make it work well as a Docker app and keep it easy to run with environment variables. If you need to check current docs for any storage provider details, look them up online and then build it cleanly.
