Build me a simple Python command line app that turns webpages into PDF files.

I want to be able to run it with one URL, or paste in several URLs and have it convert them all in one go. It should also have a recursive mode that starts from a page, follows links on the same site, and keeps going to a chosen depth, then saves each page as its own PDF. Let me set an output folder, skip files that already exist unless I force it, and combine everything into one PDF if I want.

The PDFs should look good, with support for custom CSS, page numbers, a table of contents from headings, and sensible page breaks. It’s fine if it uses current docs online when needed. Please make it easy to run from the terminal, with an interactive mode too for people who just want to paste URLs and go.
