Build me a command line system info tool like Neofetch that runs in bash 3.2 or newer.

I want it to show my operating system, software, and hardware details in a clean, attractive way right in the terminal, mostly for screenshots and sharing system setups. By default it should display the info next to the OS logo, but it should also be able to use a custom image, an ASCII file, my wallpaper, or just show text if I want that instead.

Make it easy to customize with command line flags and a config file so I can choose which bits of info appear, change the layout, and add my own custom fields. It should support a wide range of operating systems, and be written as a portable shell script that feels simple to run and easy to tweak.
