Build me an iOS library that makes empty table and collection views show a nice “nothing here yet” screen instead of a blank list.

I want it to work as a drop in add on for UITableView and UICollectionView, and also work with scroll views and table view controllers without me having to subclass everything. When the data source is empty, it should let me show an image, a title, a description, and an optional button, plus the option to swap in a custom view if I need something more advanced.

Please make it easy to customize text styling, colors, alignment, and background, and make sure it stays centered and works properly on rotation. It should also support tapping the empty area, and have simple source and delegate methods so I can control what appears and what happens when the user taps or presses the button.

Keep it compatible with Objective C and make it installable in the usual Apple library ways, and if you need to check current docs or best practices online, do that too.
