Build me a self hosted Jarvis style voice assistant for my home network, something that feels like an Iron Man command center but is actually useful. I want a browser based HUD with a glowing central ring where I can click and talk, see live transcription as I speak, and get spoken replies back while the answer is still being generated. It should connect to Hermes Agent so it can search the web, use tools, run commands, work with files, and remember me across sessions.

Please include typed chat in the same conversation, a visible activity feed for tool calls, a stop button, approval prompts for risky actions, and barge in so I can interrupt it mid reply. I also want the cinematic boot sequence, interactive dashboard style popups, holographic media panels the agent can summon on screen, usage and machine stats, mobile friendly layout, and a privacy filter before anything goes to cloud voice. Keep it LAN only and running on my own hardware, with local speech to text and ElevenLabs voice. Look up current Hermes docs if needed.
