Build me a privacy first local tool that turns my AI coding history into a résumé I can actually send to recruiters.

I want it to scan the stuff I already use on my Mac, like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot chat history, ChatGPT or Claude exports, and my git commits, then combine that into a clean résumé with real evidence of what I worked on. It should generate nice output in Markdown, DOCX, and PDF, keep each résumé draft versioned so I can diff or roll back changes, and include a reviewer style audit that scores the résumé and shows trends over time.

Please support multiple locales and formats, especially standard English, Europass style, and a proper Japanese 履歴書 layout. I also want an option to tailor the résumé to a job description and turn raw activity into strong achievement bullets while filtering sensitive project details.

Make it usable both as a command line workflow and as an agent skill so I can just ask it to generate or review my résumé in natural language. Look up current docs online if you need to.
