Build me a modern AI chat app that feels like an open source version of ChatGPT.

I want users to be able to sign up with email or Google and GitHub, then chat with lots of different AI models through one app, save their conversations in the cloud, and pick up on any device. It should have a clean dark interface, a left sidebar for chat history, search, rename and delete chats, and support branching conversations so people can continue from different points.

Please also add chat sharing with public links, file uploads for images and PDFs, and image generation. The app should automatically generate chat titles, show formatted markdown and code nicely, and work well on desktop and mobile.

Use the existing Next.js and Appwrite setup in the repo, and wire it up so it works with OpenRouter and the image generation key. If anything needs current setup details, look up the latest docs online.
