Build me an Android app for watching and tracking anime, with a clean mobile layout and support for Android TV too.

It should let users sign in with AniList to track their progress, browse shows with MyAnimeList as a fallback when AniList is unavailable, and stream episodes from third party sources. Add search, show details, episode lists, and related shows. I also want offline episode downloads that save to the user’s device, keep working even if the network drops, and resume later when the app opens again.

Please include watching progress sync, a way to mark episodes watched, and push notifications for new episodes airing on the user’s watching list. There should also be a download folder setting, a simple settings area, and a screen for app info and updates.
