ecomfe/vue-echarts ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Vue 3 component for Apache ECharts that lets me drop a chart into a page with something as simple as <VChart :option="..." />.

I want it to support the usual ECharts setup, including passing chart options, theme, init settings, and updating the chart when the data changes. It should work nicely in normal Vue apps, and also not break when used with server side rendering, where the chart can mount on the client after the page loads. If possible, make it easy to use from a CDN too.

Please include a clean demo page and a few example charts so I can see it working, plus clear docs for basic usage and the recommended way to import only the ECharts pieces I need so the bundle stays small. It would also be great if the component handled styling on its own and had a dark theme example. If you need to check current ECharts or Vue docs online while wiring it up, go ahead.
