Build me a Counter Strike 2 bot improvement plugin that makes offline matches and private games with friends feel much better.

I want bots that aim more naturally, move smarter, throw grenades in sensible situations, get unstuck more often, buy weapons better, and have more varied personalities and names. It should also let me customize each bot with things like knives, gloves, skins, stickers, charms, agents, music kits, avatars, and profiles. If possible, include a simple way to switch bot aim and nade behavior from the console, reroll bot skins, and use a panel on Windows to launch CS2 in bot mode and browse commands easily. On Linux, I just need the files and commands setup to work cleanly too.
