Build me a local web app that lets me drop in a video I like, or paste a YouTube link, then type a short description of what I want and get back a new animated video in the same style.

I want it to first analyze the reference video and show me a clear plan before it starts making anything, so I can chat about the idea, make changes, add assets, and approve it. After that, it should run the work through multiple AI agents in parallel, with each finished part reviewed by another agent and fixed if needed. Show me what’s happening along the way, including the plan, progress, review screenshots, and a full log.

It should focus on 2D animation styles like watercolor, motion graphics, picture book, pixel art, cutout, whiteboard, and anime cel. Make it run locally on my computer, with either Claude Code or Codex handling the agent work. I also want a final review step where I can leave comments on specific moments in the video before I’m done.
