edent/SuperTinyIcons ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a small project that collects super tiny SVG logo icons for websites and apps, with each icon kept as small as possible while still looking good. I want a clean folder of SVG files, a way to preview them in a simple gallery, and a check script that makes sure the icons stay under the size target and have the same basic viewbox so they scale nicely.

Please also include a few sample PNG previews for the README, and make the project easy to add new icons to later. If you need to look up current docs or best practices for SVG optimization, feel free to do that. The end result should feel like a polished open source icon set that someone could browse, use, and contribute to without much fuss.
