Reverse engineered prompt

Build me an asyncio based OPC UA library for Python 3.7 and up, with both a client and a server.

I want it to let me connect to OPC UA servers, read and write values, browse nodes, call methods, and subscribe to data changes and events. It should also let me create a server, add nodes, expose methods, handle basic users, certificates, encryption, and history for values and events. A synchronous wrapper would be great too, so I can use it in regular code when I do not want to deal with async everywhere.

Please include a few simple examples, a minimal client and server, plus some command line tools for common tasks like discover, read, write, subscribe, and starting a demo server. If there are any current OPC UA docs or best practices that help, look them up online and follow them.
