Build me a friendly desktop app for Windows, Mac, and Linux that helps normal people set up and manage AI tools without fighting the terminal.

I want one central place where I can add my OpenAI, Anthropic, local model, or router settings once, test if they work, and then use them everywhere in the app. Include a chat style install and repair helper that can guide me through installing tools like Claude Code, OpenClaw, and Hermes Agent, and help fix problems if something breaks.

Also add a local model area where I can pick a model, start it, stop it, and see basic status. Add an app manager where I can launch and manage AI apps and my own vibe coded projects. A simple AI news or star projects page would be nice too.

Make it polished, with light and dark mode, clear buttons, and a simple one click installer flow. Use the existing project style and look up current docs online if needed.
