Build me a self hosted IT service management web app that feels like a full internal helpdesk for a small or mid sized team.

I want a clean admin system in PHP with a MySQL database, and it should be easy to run locally with Docker. It needs the usual ITSM stuff like tickets, self service portal, assets, knowledge base, changes, problems, tasks, calendar, CMDB, workflows, reporting, and software inventory. End users should be able to submit requests, reply to updates, and use the portal even if they do not have a company email address.

Please make it feel practical, with a dashboard that shows what needs attention, support for notifications, SLA style tracking, canned replies, and a simple way to manage assets and knowledge articles. If it makes sense, add some AI assisted helpers for things like reply cleanup and knowledge article drafting, but keep it optional. Make the setup straightforward, include a default admin login for first run, and make sure the whole thing looks like a polished product I could actually test and use right away.
