Build me a simple way to run this project end to end so I can generate an LOD3 building model from my own photos and SfM output.

I want to be able to drop in the needed inputs, like the camera file, a pair of facade images for each building side, and the PolyFit model, then run one command and get the final 3D building result saved in a results folder. Please make the setup clear, keep it working with the example data too, and include whatever is needed so the pipeline can create the openings first and then merge them into the LOD2 model.

If anything is missing or outdated, update the code and instructions so it’s easy to follow on a fresh machine. Use the existing project structure, and look up current docs online if you need to.
