I want it to feel like a small command line app where I can log in to a fake session, choose a pretend friend list or group, and simulate sending snaps so I can see counters, speed, and progress.

Make it easy to run on Windows, with clear setup instructions and a requirements file. If something needs browser login or cached data, mock that part instead of connecting to Snapchat for real.
