eggsampler/PCIeDMA ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Help me finish and clean up this KiCad project for an open source PCIe DMA capture card based on an Artix 7 FPGA.

I want the schematic and board to be checked for obvious mistakes, missing connections, bad part choices, footprint issues, and anything that would cause problems before ordering a first batch. Please also make sure the design is ready for fabrication and assembly, with sensible placement, routing, and impedance friendly handling for the PCIe and USB3 high speed traces. The board should keep the two USB C ports, one for JTAG programming and one for the superspeed link, and it should still be possible to power and test it from the JTAG side without plugging into PCIe.

If anything looks incomplete, fix it in a practical way and update the project files. Use the outputs folder as a reference for diagrams and review, and look up current docs online if you need to confirm any KiCad or hardware details.
