Build me a browser based voice assistant that feels like JARVIS from Iron Man, with a slick holographic looking interface and a glowing head up display in the center of the page.

I want to say “Hey Jarvis” to wake it up, talk to it with my microphone, and have it respond out loud. It should also show a live animated face and status while it listens and speaks. Make it work in a real browser window, and keep it smooth enough to run locally on an ordinary laptop.

Please wire it so the assistant can do useful things through Claude Code, like search the web and handle basic tasks, with a simple local bridge between the browser and the brain. If it makes sense, include a normal browser speech option too so it still works without any extra services. I’d like a clean startup flow, a standby mode, and a way to open and close it easily on Windows.
