Build me a self hosted email service that works like Resend so I can send transactional emails from my own app without changing much code.

I want a simple web dashboard where I can log in as an admin, add and verify domains, generate and revoke API keys, and see a history of sent emails with delivery status and logs. It should send mail through Amazon SES, handle DKIM and basic DNS setup support, and work with a Resend style API so existing Resend SDK code can point to this instead with a base URL change.
