Build me a simple Java backend for an ecommerce product service using this existing Maven project.

I want to be able to create products, view all products, get a single product by id, update a product, and delete a product. Each product should have basic details like name, description, price, stock, and category, and it would be nice to support searching or filtering the list by name or category.
