Build me a Windows app that makes it really easy to install a supported Debian or Ubuntu based desktop Linux alongside an existing Windows install.

I want a simple wizard that checks whether the PC is compatible, warns the user about disk and boot changes, lets them pick the Linux version and install size, and then prepares everything from Windows. After that it should boot into a small live environment, do the install, and set up dual boot so the user can choose Linux or Windows when the computer starts again.

Please include support for both older BIOS machines and UEFI machines, and make the process safe with rollback if something fails. Also add an option to share files between Windows and Linux in a simple way.
