Build me a reusable design audit skill for AI coding tools that can look at an existing website or app, spot the generic looking parts, missing UI states, and sloppy design choices, then improve the project in place without rewriting everything.

I want it to work with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or anything that can read a markdown rules file. It should include clear guidance for typography, color, spacing, radius, layout, motion, copy, and required states like hover, loading, empty, error, and focus. It should also cover the basics people always forget, like favicon, meta tags, validation, alt text, and legal links.
