Build me an Android app called Vesper that lets me control my Flipper Zero by talking to it in normal language. I want to connect to the Flipper over Bluetooth, add my OpenRouter API key in settings, then use a chat screen with text and voice commands like checking battery, browsing files, backing up IR remotes, working with SubGHz captures, launching apps, and creating payloads.

Please include a clear device manager with scan, pair, connection status, battery, storage, firmware info, and basic file browsing. Add safety checks so risky AI actions ask for confirmation, destructive actions need an extra confirmation, and protected system paths are locked unless I unlock them.
