Build me a real time sync service for Postgres that lets an app keep reading live database data without writing my own replication logic.

I want it to connect to a Postgres database with logical replication enabled, expose a simple HTTP API for syncing tables or filtered subsets of tables, and support partial replication so clients can subscribe only to the data they need.
