electric-sql/pglite ? reverse-engineered prompt

Please set up this project so it builds cleanly and I can try it out locally without fighting with anything. I want PGlite working as a small Postgres database I can use in both the browser and Node, with the basic example running and saving data either in memory or with local persistence.

Make sure the main package builds, the TypeScript packages compile, and the generated Postgres WASM part is wired up correctly.
