Build me a modern iPhone Matrix chat app like Element X. I want a clean SwiftUI app for iOS 18 and newer that feels like a next generation replacement for an older Matrix client, with sign in to a Matrix account, a room list, message timelines, sending messages, syncing conversations, and the normal settings and sharing flow people expect in a real chat app. Use the Rust based Matrix layer this project is meant to sit on top of so it talks to Matrix properly, and make sure the main app, notifications piece, share extension, and tests are all wired up so the project opens in Xcode and runs.

Please follow the repo setup and contribution docs for anything needed to get it building, and look up current docs online if you need to. I mainly want a working, polished build of the app from this repository, not a rough prototype.
